Improved Air Quality

Besides changing your HVAC system’s air filter regularly, duct cleaning removes numerous contaminants such as pollen, dirt, dust, and biological growth.

These substances can cause allergy or asthma symptoms, fatigue, headaches, nausea, rashes, eye irritation, or other health problems.

Energy Savings

Duct cleaning pays for itself over time through energy savings and could help prevent inconvenient and expensive breakdowns.

Duct cleaning can also help lower your utility bills and save power. Dust, dirt, cobwebs, and pest droppings all cause obstructions that reduce your HVAC system’s airflow. They also force your system to work harder to get conditioned air to all the rooms in your home.  Contaminants from your ductwork won’t be able to damage essential parts of our HVAC system.

The Process

DustOff Duct Cleaning uses only state of the art equipment manufactured by Nikro Industries. Our Hepa-Vac is a  portable unit that will be placed within 25 feet of your main supply trunk line and attached to our Hepa-Vac-System.

Once this is attached it will cause negative air flow and at this point we will go to each branch line to brush each line to the trunk line. This is a soft ply brush on the end of a drill so that it enables us to clean metal ducts, flex ducts, or duct board lines. This brush causes most items to break loose from the lines and the negative air flow from the Hepa-Vac brings it to the trunk line to insure that we have gotten everything from the branch lines.

We then use an air sweep to remove excess debris left behind.  Once all the branch lines are brushed and air swept to the trunk line, we will then clean the trunk line back to the unit with reverse brushes and air sweeps. Once completed, we will repair the trunk line with sheet metal, zip screws, and foil tape completely securing your lines back.

Then your air ducts are clean, without the use of any chemicals.

Safety Hazards

Neglecting your dryer vent can have a lot of downsides and even lead to costly or a disastrous event.

Your dryer’s exhaust system can get clogged with lint, which will keep your dryer from functioning properly.

As a result, the dryer will take longer to dry clothes because the lint buildup makes it difficult for humid air to escape.  This will also increase your electric bill and pose a potential fire risk.
